Exquisite Porcelain from Bernardaud
By ASHOK SOMAN
Since 1863, Bernardaud of Limoges, France, has been creating
luxury porcelain offerings for a crème de la crème of society. Still family
owned as well as run today, they have been partial of a chosen Comite Colbert, an association
of 70 prestigious names in oppulance products which foster French savoir faire in
this area.
Bernardaud porcelain is closely scored equally to a Limoges segment –
famous for a kaolin white clay – though additionally to time-honored traditions of
craftsmanship. Bernardaud brought these traditions to a Chihuly Lounge during the
Ritz-Carlton in Singapore recently, where afternoon tea will be served upon
Feuille d’or tableware.
For their part, a road house has worked with their
suppliers to get a napkins to compare a pattern of a tableware. Bernardaud’s
range of porcelain is accessible in Singapore by The Link, together with two
new collections: Sauvage as well as Pensees.
